Tender Notice
Sealed tenders are invited from qualified contractors and concrete batching plant equipment suppliers for a Concrete Batching Plant (CBP) located at DD77, Lot 153, Ping Che, New Territories.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Solid experience of concrete batching plant erection in Hong Kong, with a minimum contract value of HK$10 million within the past five years.
- Registered entity in Hong Kong with paid-up capital of at least HK$5 million or equivalent performance bond is required.
- Hold valid certifications and licenses in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Capable to source relevant materials and equipment, fabricate and handle CBP structures, including operating a sizable steel fabrication workshop.
- No ongoing disputes over contractual terms or claims for liquidated damages due to delayed completion of contracts within the past five years.

Equipment and services for a concrete batching production line with hourly production rate of not less than 120m³ as follows:
- Concrete central mixer (混凝土攪拌機)
- Fully enclosed aggregate O/H bin with automatic feeding system and automatic stock check with sensors (全封閉料倉配智能上料系統, 智能自動盤點及傳感器)
- Fully enclosed cementitious silos with automatic feeding system and automatic stock check with sensors (全封閉水泥基筒倉配智能上料系統, 智能自動盤點及傳感器)
- Water tank with automatic feeding system (水箱配智能上料系統)
- Slurry recycle water tank (漿液循環水箱)
- Smart concrete batching system with smart unloading, overflow prevention control system and production operation screen recording review (混凝土配料系統配智能卸料及防溢智能控制系統及生產操作錄屏回溯)
- Concrete batching tower (混凝土配料塔)
- Tube Ice machine with smart temperature control system (管式制冰機配冰工藝智能調節系統)
- Chiller Water Machine (冷水機)
- Smart slump check system (坍落度檢測智能輔助系統)
- Equipment predictive maintenance system (旋轉設備預測性維護系統)
- Computer equipment for production control and system monitoring (生產控制和系統監控的電腦設備)
